We loved, loved this apart/ hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and bed settee. We were a family of 3 so it was just perfect. AC in rooms which was brilliant as it was hot, black out curtains were a plus too. Mini kitchen with all u need, hob, fridge, small freezer for ice cream/ ice pops. Bathroom was supplied with lots of towels/toilet paper and you can get more from reception, just pop used towels neatly outside your door. I was able to get the hoover from the cleaners to give the room a quick hoover, I hate crumbs lol. Rubbish I put outside in their bins daily, rubbish bags are supplied too. The outside swimming pool was definitely a hit, just remember to bring ur own towels. Sun beds n umbrellas all there. They have strict hrs which is good 9pm closing. Bus stop outside opposite hotel 2233 which will take you to Disneyland €2.50, just be mindful of taking note in Disneyland where it drops you off incase you want return journey. Timetable in hotel. Round the corner from hotel, just past the hotel carpark is a Boulangerie, amazing baguettes and patisseries, opens @ 07.30…Pizza restaurant just beside it then round the corner is a small mini market shop n pharmacy. There is another 2233 bus stop just past the hotel car park as you walk to Boulangerie it takes you to RER A station and Val de Europe shopping centre, €2.50 massive centre and supermarket. It also has loads of restaurants. Taxi cost us €12 but then we discovered the bus which is regular. Have the correct money for the bus if possible or use Navigo card or actual bus tickets. Google it as they can be downloaded on phone. We just used cash. Our stay was amazing, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was A006, ground floor and pool view….double doors opened to garden area, pool was gated.

We initially booked it as a more affordable overnight stay before and after a visit to the Disneyhotel. We were VERY positively surprised about the facilities and the staff in general - from the people in the reception to the guy taking care of everything from the pool to other renovations. Nice and clean rooms with everything we needed, incl. towels for the pool. The pool (although a little chilly) was clean (the guy made sure of that) and was great for us to relax in and have some fun. On the second stay we arrived late from Disneyland and found that there were no available parking (it was no issue on the first stay). We were tired, it rained and we still needed to take all of our luggage in from the car to the room, so we were a little tired of the situation, but the gentleman in the reception quickly solved the problem for us (going above and beyond). We talked about booking this hotel for several nights, if we ever go back to Disneyland again.

I have stayed here twice now and both times it was great. This time the pool was open, water was cold but it’s a nice size pool with sun beds around it, gates around also so it is safe for children. The beds are comfortable, room was a nice temperature, always clean Microwave, dishes, cooking hob and fridge in the rooms which is great if you bring your own breakfast. Breakfast on site is okay but I don’t think it’s worth the money, especially if you have fussy eaters. There was a choice of Frosties, meusli and choco shells for cereals, yogurts, a selection of meats and some cheese. The fruit salad has a tainted taste to it so I didn’t eat that. It’s self serve which is nice. I probably wouldn’t get breakfast again but there is a bakery beside the hotel

Location to Disney couldn’t have been better! Bus stop right outside front door, €2.50 pp to Disney and only a few stops away. Bus to Val D’Europe (train station) outside also which we jumped on for day trip to Paris. Room was perfect for us, v comfy beds! Clean and had everything we needed. Pool was such an added bonus, initially I had booked hotel with no pool, so glad I changed last minute to here. Great boulangerie beside hotel that sells the best almond croissants (10/10) and pre-made baguettes/salads perfect for taking to Disney.

Our stay at Résidence du Parc was excellent. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I would point out is that, we visited the location in March and the temperatures were quite low (around 6°C in the morning and -4°C at night), the heating in the room wasn’t as effective as we would have liked. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it to future visitors.
